  • The system release Levenonorgestrel into the body at a constant rate, but in very small amounts (20 micrograms/24hr)
  • Hormonal IUD is a small device that is placed into a uterus by a doctor. It consists of a polyethylene frame which carriers a matrix containing the hormone Levonorgestrel.
